I read an article today on why physical books are better than E-Books. While I do like physical books more than e-books, in general, my reasoning is more straight forward:

I never put the first zoomlr monster things up on this blog, but here’s a new one that’s been sketched for the better part of this year. Today finally got around to redrawing and coloring him in Photoshop, I can probably do better but it’s late and I like how he looks right now.

OpenCart CSRF Vulnerability

OpenCart has a major vulnerability that the developer refuses to fix. The details of the exploit and the attempt to notify the developer of this problem is over at Visionsource.org. I’ve never personally installed or set clients up with OpenCart largely because I’ve found Magento to be a better option than OpenCart.

I don’t blog, it’s not that I don’t have anything interesting to say. It is just that in this vast endless electronic ocean of anybody who can type shooting their mouths off, nobody would care what I have to say… Well almost nobody, hi mom! All is well here, it’s a little cold and rainy, I’m a little hungry, and need money. Yes, I’ve been eating my vegetables and fruit and drinking my milk… Anyway like I said, with so many people covering everything, I find that I would just be repeating what everyone else says.

Sure I could write an almost endless number of things, like my experience in the world of coding and design, but aren’t there enough people doing that? Plus I really have nothing interesting to write on the subject I feel more at home playing with things and being amazed at what can be done, than I do writing about what can be done. There’s also no way my experience with clients can compare to others out there. To be honest most of the clients I’ve had the (mis)pleasure of talking with, are rather boring and ordinary people who just want a website.

In my free-time I try to spend as much time as I can riding a bike, but how many cycling blogs does one Internet need? Even better than the answer to that question, I’m almost certain there is not a soul that would want to read my sparse ride reports for longer than a week, you see, there are only so many times you can just write ” it was good” before it gets as old as the milk in the back of the fridge… But I bet that milk has more character.

But what I’m really trying to say is don’t expect too much in the way of blogging from me. I think the last time I even thought about writing was almost a year ago…at that rate I think you have better odds of seeing bigfoot in a thong….just saying.
